The apartments are centrally located in Bezau and at the same time quiet – a place where privacy, architectural clarity and functional spaciousness are combined. The ambience, materials and lighting design reflect our love of detail.

A house with history and a view

The sun moves around the house and falls through numerous, carefully positioned windows – so all rooms are bright and open. The bay window catches light almost all day long. Transom windows frame the view of the valley and the Bezau church.

Access is via the rear of the house. A stepped band of windows opens up there, providing daylight even to the spacious stairwell.

Inside, historical elements meet clear, contemporary design.
The two adjoining residential units are located on the top floor and are accessible via the central staircase. An elevator is not available.

GARDEN

A Strobl in the garden

Behind the house there is a small, sheltered garden – out of sight, with seating and the opportunity to read or sunbathe outside. the communal garden borders on the sunbathing lawn of the neighboring Hotel Post.

A replica of a portrait of my mother painted by the artist Hans Strobl around 1940 hangs in the old barn.

The barn offers lockable storage space, e.g. for bicycles and garbage cans.
