This website assumes no liability whatsoever for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website. All published information is provided to the best of our knowledge. All this information, however, does not constitute a guarantee, promise or liability, to the extent permitted by law. For reasons of ease of reading, no gender-specific differentiation is made. Corresponding terms apply to both sexes in the sense of equal treatment.

data protection:
The provider of a teleservice must inform its users at the beginning of the use of the service about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data in a generally understandable form. The content of the information must be accessible to the user at all times.
A service provider in the sense of the aforementioned regulation is every operator of an internet page. Every service provider who collects or uses personal data is obliged to inform the user. The collection, processing and use of personal data is subject to the provisions of the currently applicable Data Protection Act 2000 and the EU Data Protection Directive.
Personal data is defined as individual information about personal and factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable person.
Personal circumstances: For example, name, address, e-mail address, birthday, nationality, occupation, health data, religion, etc.
Material circumstances: For example, income, financial situation, property, etc.

Data collection:
Visits to this website are automatically logged. IP address, date and time, browser type and operating system of the user are recorded. A personal reference is generally not possible. Personal data is only stored if the user provides it voluntarily – for example, in the context of an enquiry, registration, or for the execution of a contract. The user will be informed about the purpose of the collection of the data collected in the contact fields during the respective entry.
Use of data and transfer to third parties
All personal data transmitted by the user (e.g. by e-mail) will only be processed for the intended purpose. This website guarantees that user data is only collected, processed, stored and used in connection with the processing of user enquiries and is only used for internal purposes. Addresses will not be passed on to third parties and in particular to commercial address dealers or other companies.

Rights of the person concerned – Consent and revocation:
As far as the user does not want an active data use for internal purposes, the user is entitled to object to this use and processing at any time. Furthermore, the user can insist on the correction of incorrect or incomplete data. For this purpose, it is sufficient to send a corresponding e-mail to willkommen@boutique-apartments-bezau.at. The separate case of a legally prescribed data block instead of data deletion remains unaffected.

Right of access to information:
The user has the right to receive information about the data stored about him or her. Upon request, this website will inform the user in writing in accordance with applicable law which of the user’s personal data is stored. This information is free of charge.

Storage period:
The legislator has enacted various storage obligations and periods. After the expiry of these periods, this website routinely carries out these deletions, unless they are no longer required for the fulfilment of the contract. Commercial or financial data is deleted after the end of a completed financial year in accordance with the legal regulations after a further ten years, unless longer retention periods are prescribed or retention is necessary for justified reasons.

Use of plugins from the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Google+
In order to protect the data and privacy of users, this website has installed a two-click procedure for recommendation in social networks. By using this procedure, each page is displayed with inactive buttons that do not transmit any data to social networks.
However, the user has the possibility to activate the buttons manually and thus connect to his preferred network (= first click). In a second step, the user can then make his recommendation (= second click). The activation of one of the buttons in the first step thus means that the user gives his consent to transmit data to the respective operator of the social network for this one page and for the selected service.

Cookies and web tracking:
The first time the user visits this website, a cookie is sent to the user’s browser. This is stored on the user’s hard disk. The cookie is used on a subsequent visit solely to determine whether this user has visited this website before.

E-mail security:
The user agrees to electronic communication as soon as he/she establishes electronic contact with this website. The user is advised that e-mails can be read or changed without authorisation and unnoticed. This website does not currently use any encryption technology. This website uses software to filter unwanted emails (spam filter). The spam filter can reject e-mails if they are wrongly identified as spam by certain features.

Protection of minors:
Persons under the age of 12 must not send any personal data to this website without the consent of their parents or guardians. Minors may only provide personal information to this website with the express consent of a parent or guardian or if the minor is 12 years of age or older. This data will be processed in accordance with this privacy policy.

Updating this Privacy Policy:
If this website makes changes to its business purpose and changes the currently established technical and organisational methods, this data protection declaration will be updated. This website reserves the right to amend or supplement this declaration as required. These changes will be published here.

Questions about data protection:
For questions regarding the use of personal data: email to willkommen@boutique-apartments-bezau.at
