“The apartment was completely renovated in 2014. Our idea was to create an exciting interaction between the new materials and elements and the character of the historic building and to combine them with modern art.
We were delighted to be published in interior design books.
Gray mirror meets wood paneling that is over 100 years old. The atmosphere is characterized by the generous room layout and numerous windows. The ideal west-south-east orientation makes the rooms bright and sunny. Numerous windows offer magical views of Bezau and the mountain panorama. The table in the bay window of the living room becomes a box seat for the weather panorama.
The room program conveys an almost loft-like spaciousness and at the same time offers room for retreat. Different atmospheres can be set using a sophisticated lighting design. Art and library (fiction, design, architecture, travel) invite you to discover.
Workation. As designers, we love the freedom of being able to work remotely. The apartment is therefore equipped with a large table, fast WiFi and a large monitor.
